Cruz enjoyed his first Christmas with the Cortez clan. His Lolo and Lola came early because both Ben and I were on call the same day. Then Rochelle and Brian flew in from Chicago - it was the first time they met Cruz. He was extremely verbal during their entire visit, voicing his excitement!
The family went to the Ferry Building and enjoyed the local food. We also went to the Hyatt Embarcadero to see the holiday village exhibit. We learned how to play Mahjong from Ben's parents and played into many late nights. Lastly, Rochelle beat Ben's record on the Wii ski jump and is now deemed a "professional".
Cruz is looking forward to the Cortez clan visiting again, perhaps in late February or early March for his baptism.
